Micronturbo is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version: this site has no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form and send us.
What We Collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- the subject and message you write
- the language of the page you submitted from
- the date and time your message arrived
That is the entire list. We do not collect your IP address, we do not profile you, and we do not build a record of the pages you visit.
Why We Collect It
To read your message and reply to it. We use your email address to respond to your inquiry and to any follow-up conversation that grows out of it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing email.
Where It Goes
Contact form submissions are stored in Google Sheets, part of Google Workspace, on Google's servers. Google processes this information on our behalf as our service provider. Depending on where you are, this means your information is transferred to and stored in a country other than your own, including the United States.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no advertising on it, and no third-party tracking scripts.
We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This is the only third-party request the site makes.
How Long We Keep It
We keep contact form submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them for the inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then we delete them. Where the law requires us to keep records for longer, we do.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form to make the request, and tell us plainly what you want done.
We do not operate an email address for these requests, so the contact form is the route. If your request is that we delete everything, we will delete the form submissions we hold and confirm when it is done.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use Google Workspace's security controls, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need to answer them. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
